As an added service to our clients, we have the capability of creating three dimensional computer models of the project to a level of detail we deem appropriate for final renderings which include colors, materials, textures, landscaping, and shadows.   Depending on the clients’ desires, sun angle calculations and sun/shadow path renderings can be developed for any time of year for the client to see the effects of the sun or shadow on the building.   Animation “fly-by’s” can be developed so the project can be seen at multiple angles in motion form.
