| This commercial office building was developed on a well-vegetated tract. The owner wanted to emphasize the bull pen of market securities. To this end, we designed a large buidling that has a lowered floor of clustered securities brokers. The outisde of the building is a lovely hill country style. A heavy component of the design was technological infrastructre, including redundant systems, and training rooms for new brokers. |
