The owners of Pasion are famous for their downtown restaurant, Azucar. They wanted to continue the tequila and ceviche bar style. It includes a balcony for live musicians. The kitchen design is outstanding and top-of-the-line. The design features very bold colors. The bar's vertical glass shelving holds wine bottles on the outside and shelves for liquor on the inside. Suspended waves hang from the ceiling to define the ceviche and liquor bar.
