| Three aquatic facilities for the City, Cuellar Park, Elmendorf Park and Monterrey Park were assessed by Madeline Anz Slay Architecture for handicap compliance (ADA), the existing building condition and available parking. All three facilities were renovated to provide handicap accessibility in and around the pools, improved the bath houses and provided new landscaping. They incorporate bubble glass blocks and lovely blue glazed tile. |
