Built in 2002, this building is used for a variety of community functions. The main room was designed for an open feeling and allows for dynamic large functions. The kitchen was designed so that the City can lease it our to community groups without leasing the entire facility. The facility incorporated high place-value materials, such as local limestone. The use of metal siding and a pre-engineered structure kept costs down for the City of Gardenridge.
